Your First Visit

There is complimentary parking and free street parking if lot is full. There is also a transit bus that stops directly in front of our building. There are two entrances to get to our office on the second floor. One through Canway Pharmacy and the other side door with Suite #202. Elevator to second floor is available for those who may find taking the stairs challenging.

When entering please hand sanitize for 20 seconds and keep your mask on until you start your treatment. If you require a companion to accompany you for your appointment, please let them follow similar protocols. We have outdoor seating areas if they wish to use. Try to maintain the 6 feet distance apart when other people are in the office.

Please give your most recent information along with a form of ID, drivers license and dental insurance, if any, to front desk staff. Your Medical History will be obtained privately inside the clinical treatment room that has been sanitized and prepared especially for you. Please bring a list of your medications if you have any. If you are scheduled as new patient, a complete comprehensive examination along with a panoramic digital x-ray (minimal radiation exposure) will be taken to get a general overview of your dental conditions. If you need a specific exam for a particular concern, you will have a limited dental examination along with the necessary x-ray to view the problem adequately.
