The 3 Operatory rooms are fully enclosed with a separate duct system to keep as much as possible any aerosols from a procedure contained in the room for adequate disinfection after the procedure. In addition, a medical grade HEPA filter system will be used in each room during high aerosol generating procedures. The number of patients in the office will be limited and each room will be given adequate time for air filtration and disinfection before its next use.
Throughout the working day, staff will be regularly disinfecting commonly touched surfaces such as doorknobs, countertops, pens, telephone receivers, keyboards etc. Routine checks of the private office bathroom will be monitored for cleanliness. Everyone is asked to use the disinfectant on all bathroom surfaces after each use and wash their hands thoroughly for 20 seconds as recommended.
All team members will be screened daily with temperatures taken and asked to stay home if they are not feeling well. Our clinical team will wear additional personal protective equipment to keep them safe, and have all been trained on the latest practices for minimizing the transmission of the virus.
